At A Life in Balance, LLC, we provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services designed to help individuals, couples, and groups navigate life’s most challenging experiences. We understand that life can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times discouraging — and asking for help isn’t always easy. Our practice exists to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop skills that lead to meaningful and sustainable change. 

 

Our approach is grounded in both empathy and clinical expertise. We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, group therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training — each tailored to fit the goals and needs of the person in front of us. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relational conflict, past trauma, or the stressors of everyday life, we meet you with respect, curiosity, and real strategies that work.
