BPD-Focused DBT Skills Training Group
Format:
Live on Zoom · 24 weekly sessions
Day & Time:
Mondays, 5:00–7:30 PM PST
Start:
Monday, August 3, 2026
This cohort is for adults with a diagnosed BPD. This DBT Skills Training Group is designed specifically for adults who have a documented diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder. The skills, examples, and pacing are tailored to the experiences that come with BPD, so everyone in the room is working from common ground. A confirmed BPD diagnosis is required to enroll, and we verify it as part of the intake process. If you don't have a BPD diagnosis but are looking to build DBT skills, a general DBT Skills Training Group will be a better fit for you.
DBT Skills Training Group
Coming Soon
This cohort is open to any adult ready to build DBT skills. This DBT Skills Training Group is designed for adults from a range of backgrounds and concerns who want practical tools for managing emotions, tolerating distress, and steadying their relationships. The skills, examples, and pacing draw on situations common to everyday life, so everyone in the room is working from shared ground. A BPD diagnosis is not required to enroll — this group is the right fit whenever skills training is appropriate for you. If you do have a documented BPD diagnosis and want a cohort tailored specifically to that experience, our BPD-specific DBT Skills Training Group may be the better fit.
Self-Paced DBT Skills Training Group
Coming Soon
This option is for adults who want DBT skills on their own schedule. This Self-Paced DBT Skills Training Group is designed for adults who'd rather work through the DBT skills curriculum independently than attend a live weekly group. The skills, examples, and pacing are built to be followed on your own time, so you can fit the material around your life and revisit it whenever you need. No live group attendance is required — this option is the right fit when you want flexibility and prefer to learn at your own pace. If you'd do better with the structure, accountability, and shared experience of a live cohort, our live DBT Skills Training Group may be the better fit.
